Die Journalistin Judith ist eine patente Reporterin, die zwischen zwei Geliebten pendelt, einem Psychiater und einem Geschäftsmann. Sie wird Zeugin eines inszenierten Selbstmordes in einer Station der Wiener U-Bahn. Neugierig geworden, geht Judith einem mörderischen Komplott nach. Langsam wird sie in den Strudel der Ereignisse gezogen, in illegale Waffengeschäfte, in die auch einer ihrer Geliebten verwickelt ist.
