Handlung

Science-Fiction-Film um zwei verfeindete Stadtstaaten. Der Polizist Palinov bekämpft illegale Fernsehprogramme. Er leidet an Anfällen, die durch Fernsehen ausgelöst sind. Sie können aber auch verursacht sein durch ein ihm heimlich eingesetztes Hirnimplantat. Aufgrund seiner Ähnlichkeit mit dem brutalen Killer Jenson wird Palinov auf dessen Bande angesetzt. Palinov bekommt starke Kopfschmerzen und seine Anfälle nehmen zu.
